Microneedling

Microneedling can reverse superficial sun damage, such as fine lines and wrinkles, improve skin tone and texture, refine pores, and fade scars and stretch marks. This technique uses a handheld device with tiny needles that create micro-injuries in the skin while stimulating the body's natural healing process.

Don't worry; these injuries aren't painful and invisible to the naked eye. They then trigger the natural healing response, prompting your skin to produce new collagen and elastin to regenerate new, healthy skin cells. Some serums and products can be used during micro-needling to help treat pigmentation, rosacea, and wrinkles. Numbing cream is applied before treatment to take the edge off. Downtime is minimal and doesn't last more than three days. Three to five monthly sessions are all you need to reverse time!

Chemical Peel

Hydrogen Facial

This is a great versatile option that offers several customizations. Hydrogen Facials use a unique applicator with an abrasive surface to buff off dead skin cells which get suctioned away. This breezy procedure brightens dull skin, evens texture, and reduces acne breakouts. It also aids in improving the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, pore sizes, and hyperpigmentation.

This procedure doesn't even require anesthesia and has non-existent downtimes. You'll need to repeat the procedure every two to four weeks to sustain results.

What to expect during your treatment

Hydrogen Facial

We do the hydrogen facial as a multi-step treatment done with the help of an exfoliating device. The device cleanses (the vacuum-assisted exfoliation is less painful than traditional extraction), exfoliates, and performs different chemical peels levels. In the end, special boosters—antioxidants, hyaluronic acid, and peptides—can also be added. The series of treatments involved last a mere 30 minutes and are a great safe option for all skin types and tones. With this treatment, issues like hyperpigmentation, uneven skin tones, irregular fine lines, enlarged pores, and unwanted acne are rectified instantly. Its moisturizing and brightening effects improve with multiple sessions.

Microneedling

Microneedling is mildly intense, so we apply a topical anesthetic to the treatment area about 30 minutes before the procedure. Once you're numb, your skin is cleansed and dried, and serum is applied based on the condition we're treating. In this form of treatment, we use different depths, depending on the skin type and the part of the face being treated. For instance, the skin on the forehead is thinner than the skin on the cheeks, so we'd start at about 0.5 mm and maybe go as deep as 1.5 mm over the cheeks. Once the areas have evened in bleeding and redness, the treatment is done.

Post Care

Chemical Peels

Light to medium peels require a mere two to four days of recovery. During recovery, the skin may look sunburned and feel dry and sensitive. Downtimes for deeper peels last longer, from seven to 12 days, with slight redness and flaking.

A common myth associated with peeling is that visible full-blown peeling results in good results. That's not the case. We determine the right level of peeling that suits your skin tone, type, and rejuvenation goals and perform the procedure accordingly. It is important not to pick on peeling or flaking skin.

Hydrogen Facial

It's normal for the skin to be dry, tight, and even flushed pink after a hydrogen facial procedure. These side effects should subside overnight; you can use a gentle cleanser and moisturizer. To get the maximum impact, avoid anything that overheats your body—including showers, a sauna, steam rooms, and exercise—for the first 24 hours.

You can be back to your regular skin-care routine within 48 hours. Typically try avoiding topical anti-aging, exfoliating, or anti-acne products containing salicylic acid. Also, for seven days, products with AHA/BHA acids, retinol, vitamin C, or benzoyl peroxide should be avoided to prevent irritation. Your skin may be more sensitive to sun exposure in the next few weeks, so it's essential to use sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher.

Microneedling

A sunburn-like effect is normal during post-treatment. The skin may feel tight, dry, and sensitive to the touch for about 24-48 hours. This vastly depends on your skin tone. These effects usually last about three days, though they can last for 12 days if your skin is treated aggressively. You can wash your face in eight hours (or earlier if your doctor recommends it). With makeup, you can be up and running in no time. You can go straight to work the very next day.

Peel back the years of your skin for a younger, youthful, and more confident you.
