How to prepare.
#1 – Drink lots of water! Hydration helps keep your skin plump and elastic.
#2 – Communicate to your provider if needles make you anxious or if you have had allergic reactions in the past.
#3 – Come to your appointment without makeup if possible.
Things to consider
#1 – Your skin will be red and will turn “crusty”. Healing process may take up to 14 days.
#2 – Keep your skin clean. Your skin will have microscopic wounds that need a clean environment to heal properly.
#3 – You may break out. This treatment can be intense and can trigger your skin’s immune response, which may result in small breakouts throughout your face. If this does happen, we have superficial medication to help provide relief. Do not be alarmed as this is a temporary reaction only.
